Sweet Water Dentistry – The Last Dentist You Will Ever Need
You have FINALLY found THE dental office you have been searching for. This is the last dentist office you’ll ever need. We know that is a bold statement to make, but that’s just how much we believe in what we do. We understand the reasons why people don’t like the dentist. It may not have been the most pleasant experience in the past for you, but we are looking to change that.
We know how some dentists, and their offices, can make an already uncomfortable appointment even worse – physically and emotionally. We’re here for just the opposite – to make things as comfortable as possible for you.
This all starts with our location.
Yes, it’s intentional that we are down by the bay on Sweet Water Creek. It helps to get you comfortable by putting you in a relaxed mood so you can actually wind down, and not get wound up. Next, we take every step necessary to ensure that we are providing you nothing but the best when you walk in the front door.
In fact, there’s a good chance that Jana, one of our dental assistants, will give you two hugs before you even sit down. We’re also here to ensure that you get the best care and service, at a reasonable price.
In fact, here are some things we guarantee you:
• Our staff will treat you with respect and integrity
• We will have the proper technology and instruments to do our job each time you come to us
• You will be satisfied because we will correct any aspect of our dental work that you are not happy with
• As a patient of Sweet Water Dentistry you will be the first to know when we offer new services and seasonal specials
• Any crowns or bridges will be replaced free of charge within 5 years of placement for any reason related to defective workmanship.
• Any veneers or anterior porcelain crowns will be warranted against fracture or loss for 5 years, except for conditions involving bruxism, accidents, or extraneous situations.
• Any denture or partial denture will be warranted for 1 year against breakage.
Along with our guarantees, we’d like to show you that we are the people’s choice when it comes to a dental professional – In 2015 we were voted Opencare Patient’s Choice Winner. We’ve got many wonderful God-fearing and God-loving staff members like Toni our Hygienist, and Angelle our Office Coordinator who are here to serve you and all of your dental needs.
Most of all, you will be in great hands with Dr. Phillip Greer who is a native of Mobile, Alabama. Dr. Greer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from Auburn University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Dr. Greer is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.
In addition to the accomplishments mentioned above, Dr. Greer has received additional training in laser technology, CEREC technology, and implantology.
There is a saying that goes – “Your job is what you are paid for, but your calling is what you are made for.”
It seems that this path was already pre-destined for Dr. Greer. His career, what he does and the reasons why he does it started many years ago. This journey to become one of the best dentists in Alabama started with Dr. John Morgan, who was an orthodontist in the Mobile Bay region.
Dr. Morgan passed away from brain cancer in 2001, and thus Dr. Greer’s life was significantly impacted, leading to the pursuit of dentistry and the desire to continue the legacy of his mentor.Sweet Water Dentistry was established in honor of Dr. Morgan.
Dr. Greer has also served on the mission field providing oral healthcare needs to many Latin American countries including Mexico, Honduras, and Peru. He is married to his wife Ashley and is now delighted to be serving the Mobile Bay region.
Dr. Phillip Greer is involved in many different aspects of the community. He is also a part of the Fairhope Sunset Rotary, and was named the Rotarian of the Year for 2014. In addition, he is the 2015 leader for the Kairos Prison Ministry program and a member of the Eastern Shore Kiwanis Club.
As you can see, here at Sweet Water Dentistry, not only do we run a practice in the area, we are a part of the area. We pride ourselves on being a big part of the community and in turn want to give back.
We do so in many different ways through community service, serving others and most of all serving you – our patients. In fact our mission statement is: To serve the community wholeheartedly by providing excellent dentistry in a relaxing environment down by the bay, where love, joy, peace, patience, kindness and gentleness is demonstrated to all.
Sweet Water Dentistry's goal is to be the most welcoming and relaxing dental practice in all of the Gulf Coast region, providing excellent dental services, paired with a passion to serve the community through the love of Jesus Christ. When you decide to make Sweet Water Dentistry your dentist of choice, you will be getting the best in service and will be part of our growing family.
We’ll do our best to ensure that your teeth and gums are as healthy as possible, but there are two things that we will ask of you. If you can keep this end of the deal up, we’ll promise that we’ll keep our part up.
Here they are. All we ask is that you…
1. Visit our office every 6 months for continued maintenance of your gums and dental work
2. Follow our gum care program at home, adhering to all the instructions that we provide to you. (All gum surgery patients must follow regular maintenance visits as directed)
We know that getting started with a new dentist can be scary.
We know the anxiety that people go through when they know they have to see a dentist.
Can we just help to alleviate some of those fears? Here’s a look at what some of our patient have said about our services here at Sweet Water:
“I'm very scared to go to dentists, but this experience was amazing. Dr Greer and his staff were very friendly and professional. And their beautiful backyard with flowers and hammock is perfect place to relax.” – Anna
“Most pleasant dental experience I have ever had! Visiting Point Clear and woke up with a toothache. Called their office, and they worked me in their schedule for that very day. The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly. Dr. Greer treated me with the same concern he would a regular patient. You would never have this kind of experience in Atlanta!” – Lucy
Unfortunately, you will have to see a dentist at some point. Perhaps, that is the reason you are here, because you need to see someone. Maybe you already have a dentist, but aren’t very comfortable there and experience the kind of anxiety we spoke of earlier.
We aren’t saying that we are better than the others out there; we aren’t saying that at all.
All we can do is show you that we will do our very best to make an uncomfortable visit, as comfortable as possible. When it comes to billing, we don’t want you to worry either which is why we accept all major insurance companies. Dental work is not something that you can put off. You already know this, and you may already be suffering from some type of dental concern.
Luckily, the sooner you get in touch with us, the sooner we can get you in to take a look at what is going on and to take care of it as soon as possible.
Our schedule fills up pretty quickly; so the longer you wait the longer it may be until you can get relief from that pain in your mouth. We can’t guarantee that your procedure will be quick and pain-free, but what we can guarantee is that you won’t find a dental office in our area that cares as much about you, as we will.
We guarantee to be caring, kind and as gentle as possible when we are doing your dental procedure. We’ll also make it as easy as possible to reach us. You can call us today at 251-210-2773 or send us a text message at 251-550-7770. You can put off calling us, but what you can’t put off is that pain you may be going through.
The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can help you get some relief from the pain.
If you have been searching online and offline for a new dentist, or a dentist that can provide you with the care and comfort that you have been looking for, then look no further, as you just found it.
